Refund Policy
Please read our deposit, cancellation, and refund terms carefully before enrolling in any program.
Before You Book
Deposit & Booking Fee
- A €200 deposit is required to secure your spot on our 100 Hour, 200 Hour, or 300 Hour Yoga TTC, or any other program.
- This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The deposit can be transferred to a future course within one year, provided you give at least 30 days’ notice before the new course start date.
Changing Plans
Cancellation & Refund Policy
30+ Days Before Start
Your deposit is transferable to another course within one year. Any additional amount paid beyond the deposit is refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Within 30 Days of Start
The deposit is non-refundable and no refunds are issued for any payments made. At the academy’s discretion, the deposit may still be transferred to a future course.
No Show / Early Departure
No refund is given for non-attendance or early departure. We reserve the right to dismiss students for misconduct, with fees remaining non-refundable. Medical emergencies may allow enrollment in a future course, subject to availability.
If Plans Change
Course Postponement & Rescheduling
Rishikesh Yog Math may reschedule or cancel a course due to natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics. In such cases, students may choose to:
- Transfer their deposit to a future course within one year, or
- Receive a refund of amounts paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
How It Works
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the cancellation date.
- Refunds are issued through your original payment method — Wise, PayPal, Revolut, or bank transfer.

Additional Notes
- Rishikesh Yog Math is not responsible for travel expenses, visa costs, or personal expenses arising from a cancellation.
- All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated via email promptly.
